Office Administrator
Erkul Auto LLC, a rapidly growing auto accessories manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service/Office and Warehouse admin to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Scan, file, and handle mail as needed
- Receive incoming shipments and supervise outgoing shipments
- Answer customer questions through online marketplaces
- Work closely with customer service, assisting with scheduling services for clients
- Answer incoming calls
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Respond to incoming calls or messages promptly
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work in-person at the Mt Laurel, NJ office location
