Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and industry trends is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
