We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. An individual who can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Someone who is confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints or inquiries. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Hours are Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM - you may stay a little after 5 prepping work for the next day and/or checking over work
Essential Duties BUT not limited to:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails & schedule orders
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Manage filing system
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- High level of professionalism among clients and staff
- Organize driver paperwork daily
- Monitor drivers on GPS software
- Potentially do green site reports via Excel Spreadsheets
- Use our routing software to create routes
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Be able to use Excel Spreadsheets
- MUST be detail orientated !!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
