Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a breakfast restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team setting and assist others as needed
