How would you contribute?
Support financial operations by preparing, analyzing, maintaining, and reviewing various financial statements, records and reports. Prepare data for journal entries, review and reconcile general ledger accounts and verify related financial statements for reasonableness. Lead processes and other projects and recommend courses of action. Accumulate and document internal control processes and procedures.
Essential Duties
- Perform analysis to identify operational variances monthly.
- Perform analysis and reporting to assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Work with the accounting team to prepare the quarterly forecast of projected spending and operational variances for financial reporting purposes.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions and review and update schedules of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
- Track company capital spending versus budget
- Lead the preparation of the annual capital budget
- Perform accounting functions of the monthly close process.
- Prepare and deliver the monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reporting.
- Assist with annual financial audit.
- Lead the maintenance and monitoring of controls, procedures, and forms for the documentation of various accounting processes.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations monthly
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 or more years of related accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel-Pivot Tables), CPM experience. Spreadsheet Server, IQMS, or OneStream experience a plus.
