Responsibilities:
-Empowering a Child: Work with a child, and their family, on social, mental, and behavioral goals at their home and out in the community.
-Being Part of the Treatment Team: Work alongside others on established treatment goals, for example, "Helping client be more aware of how their actions affect others, demonstrated by an increased ability to redirect their thoughts and behaviors."

-Maintaining required supervision hours and staying in compliance.
-This position requires either:
1) High School Diploma (Section 28 BHP - $30/hr)
Or
1) A minimum of 90 college (or equivalent) credit hours (Section 65 BHP - $30/hr)
2) A minimum of 60 college (or equivalent) credit hours in a related field of social services, human services, health or education (Section 65 BHP - $30/hr);
3) A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years’ direct experience working with children in a behavioral health children’s services program (Section 65 BHP - $30/hr)
-Knowing you like working with children
-You will also need to successfully complete background checks regarding your driving record, criminal record, and any records with DHHS
-Reliable transportation, and insurance coverage
-Able to work with child clients after school hours and/or weekends, however, summer hours are much more flexible with clients out of school.
