Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Communicate with clients, lenders, escrow officers and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth process
- Review contracts and ensure all necessary documents are complete and accurate
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and update databases as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions throughout the transaction process
