Community Care College is seeking a part-time evening Customer Relations Specialist to provide front-desk customer service and attendant responsibilities. Must excel in Customer Service with clear, concise communication skills. Professional appearance, welcoming, friendly with a positive, outgoing personality. Will monitor the front door and assist other departments daily with administrative and clerical duties. Applicants should have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented. Maintaining confidentiality is a must. Part-time Monday -Thursday, 4:00pm - 10:00pm no lunch.
Primary Responsibilities

Ensures that guests and members are warmly greeted and promptly assisted

Ensures proper member check-in procedures are followed

Ensures incoming calls are answered in a professional and efficient manner

Respond effectively to customer questions, requests, and concerns and escalate to management immediately if unable to resolve

Immediately reports or escalates to management any unsafe conditions or emergency situations

Complete incident/accident/compliant forms when needed for HR

Interact daily with students (customers), management, vendors, and employees, ensuring that high-quality standards and corporate values are portrayed on behalf of the College

Train with the Admissions Department on lead calls

Maintain communication with the maintenance and housekeeping departments
-
Accept and sign for deliveries, assist with bulk mail-outs as needed

Perform clerical support for various departments

Execute recurring and special projects that may include researching, typing, compiling data, and communicating with various individuals or departments to obtain appropriate information.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED

Associate’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred)

Minimum of two years of customer service experience (required)
