We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Processing insurance claims and handling billing tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical setting
- Proficiency in dental software and office management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
