To order, receive, track, and maintain documentation of all parts. This will require a dependable individual with strong organization skills and the ability to communicate well with supervisor and peers, the ability to multi-task and follow-through of all tasks assigned.

Oversee and manage stock parts inventory.

Accurately order, receive, and distribute all parts in a timely manner.

Assist with technical data and research.

Process high volume of parts promptly and accurately while maintaining a low cost.

Inspection of parts for accuracy and quality; quickly resolve issues related to damaged or incorrect parts.

Manage invoices / credits / receivables related to parts. Process paperwork and turn it in daily.

Daily follow-up on missing parts and delivery deadlines to complete all orders.

Prepare purchase requisitions by verifying specifications and price.

Obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items.

Establish strong vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.

Ability to collaborate cohesively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type.

Maintain a neat and organized work area.

Daily shop and lot maintenance.

Order parts through proper channels and vendors

Proper and organized storage of received parts.

Assist supervisor with any necessary tasks.

Bilingual is always a plus.

Keep information accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing in a timely efficient manner.
