About Our Firm:
Work for a firm that values the well-being of its employees. Grodsky, Caporrino & Kaufman, LLP is committed to creating an environment in which our team members feel empowered to excel at their jobs while still being able to prioritize important matters in their personal lives. We strive to have our staff feel positive about the time they devote to work and minimize any feelings of burnout. A key component to this philosophy is that the firm requires a reasonable number of additional work hours during busy seasons, not the excessive and unrealistic number of hours that many public accounting firms demand from their employees. Our primary goal is to provide each member of our team with a work-life balance that allows him or her the ability to grow both professionally and personally.
