Responsibilities:
- Implement individual treatment plans for consumers
- Assist with daily living activities, including but not limited to preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
- Develop a rapport with consumers and cultivate a safe and supportive environment
- Complete case notes and other documentation on a daily basis
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Indiana Drivers License
- Ability to pass a background check and driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate about the care and well-being of others
We provide care in several different counties and hire both full-time and part-time employee's. All needed training is provided.
