Duties:
· Manage all inbound and outbound communication from and between caregivers and clients regarding any changes to the weekend schedule
· Adopt and execute the Amada protocol for responding to and making replacements to weekend changes to the schedule
· Handle all calls and communications with caregivers and clients in a prompt and professional manner
· Report any escalations to management in a timely fashion per Amada protocol
· Have availability during first quarter of employment for training sessions
Skills:
· Strong communication skills both verbally and written
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Attention to detail and demonstrate ability to convey appropriate care plan details to replacement caregivers
· Ability to function under stressful conditions
· Proven track record of dependability over time
· Ability to take feedback and implement feedback quickly
· Proven familiarity with VOIP phone systems and scheduling software
Experience:
· One year scheduling experience
· Home health care experience
· Proven experience in a team-centered, fast-paced environment
Work Location:
· Remote (except initial training) and flexibility for periodic in-person meetings
· Must currently be living in Jacksonville, FL proper (Duval, St. Johns, Clay or Nassau counties)
