About Our Exciting Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong service, operational, and interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Card Processing Manager. The Assistant Card Processing Manager is responsible for leading the Card Processing team to deliver exceptional member experience. This position will report emerging trends to senior management so that the efficiency of Card Processing will be maximized. The Assistant Card Processing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the department remains within all regulatory requirements, especially Regulation E. The Assistant Card Processing Manager will proactively look for process enhancements and will be responsible for updating policies and procedures, daily balancing of internal GLs, and returned mail and point adjustment programs with any discrepancies being immediately resolved.

The Assistant Card Processing Manager role is remote. The incumbent can work remotely from Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Texas, Florida, Indiana, North Carolina.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; an AA or 4 year degree is strongly preferred.

A Minimum of two (2) years experience working in the financial services field, with credit union experience with Visa debit and credit products being strongly preferred.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience supervising employees is strongly preferred.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to research across departments and various reports to resolve GL discrepancies.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel and be able to provide detailed reporting on a regular basis.

The Assistant Manager must be highly detailed and perform tasks while under time constraints. The candidate will need to be able to work both independently and as a team depending on the responsibility at hand.

Knowledge of Corelation Keystone and Visa DPS systems are helpful.
