Shift & Schedule
- This is a full-time position, weekend and holiday hours are required as we are a retail business in a resort area.
- Sales office hours 9-5.
Responsibilities
- Perform sales engagements with customers on site, reviewing product features and benefits, preparing quotes and trade evaluations.
- Effectively follow successful sales processes, including timely completion of paperwork.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of on hand and on order boat inventory.
- Perform customer on water boat demonstrations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, coworkers and management.
- Actively participate in boat shows, store and off-site sales and customer events.
- Complete closing documents with customers and sell F&I products.
- Complete registration title documents and manufacturing warranty registrations.
Skills and Abilities
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
- Good phone, text and email etiquette.
- Experience operating boats.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software for daily follow up and prospecting for new customers.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience selling boats, autos, RVs or power sport equipment.
- Knowledge and experience with boat handling.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
