$17.49 - $21.80 Hourly

What You Will Do

Provides general clerical duties (i.e., photocopies, faxes and collates materials)

Receives shipments of supplies. Checks purchase order to verify if shipment is correct. Refers discrepancies

Handles incoming, sorting and out-going of all mail and delivers mail interdepartmentally and inter-office at the scheduled times.

Retrieves and storing supplies in stock room, keeping it organized and secure.

Assists in the preparation, processing and logging of all supplies.

Assure a safe, clean, secure, and properly maintained work environment.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Performs a variety of physical duties, including but not limited to stooping, bending, stair climbing, crouching, laying down, bending/stretching, receiving/lifting/transporting heavy objects/boxes/furniture of varying weights, shelving/ sorting and related activities using judgment and discretion.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, required
Work Experience:

Minimum two years’ experience, preferred

Effective oral/written/interpersonal communication skills, required
