The Opportunity:
Our team is looking for a savvy Marketing Programs Manager to support & grow strategic client programs at a fast-growing cybersecurity marketing agency. Primary duties are general project management, keeping tactics on track & at peak performance by coordinating deliverables, tracking, analyzing, optimizing & reporting results, & ensuring project goals are met.
As Marketing Programs Manager, you will look for opportunities to improve program performance, both for individual clients & over time across all clients. You'll leverage your strategic insight & innate marketing talent to contribute to a variety of cybersecurity digital marketing programs for our clients as well as to promote the agency itself. This role requires strong communication & collaboration skills, as you'll work closely with many internal departments to set up & launch programs while also acting independently when needed to solve problems through proactive action.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, execute, & report on a variety of marketing programs for clients
- Track & analyze results; report successes &/or identify gaps, recommending actions to improve results
- Manage deliverables with internal teams & external vendors
- Support the development of content, working with agency partners & creative services providers, as well as occasionally contributing copywriting &/or content reviews
- Manage resources for each assigned project to stay on schedule
- Keep internal & client teams informed on status & project details
- Anticipate potential issues through frequently reviewing data & use critical thinking & action to shift components as needed to head off or resolve issues
- Effectively balance the needs of the client, agency, & partners
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Project & Program Management within the technology industry (cybersecurity experience preferred)
- Knowledge of basic Sales/Business Development, lead qualification processes, & how marketing contributes to the sales pipeline
- Generalist skills with interest in variety & the ability to work on many types of marketing projects successfully
- Prior experience in a client-facing role with suitable professional presence
- Reliable detail orientation & ability to meet deadlines - ability to execute tasks thoroughly & double check the work
- Strategic orientation & ability to 'look around corners' for opportunities to improve results, grow client sales & satisfaction
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Office

- Salary range: $75k - $100k - Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
