Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions and play a key role in supporting the HR department.
Duties:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for staff development
- Handle employee benefits administration and address inquiries related to benefits packages
- Support HR projects such as performance management reviews and policy updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Familiarity with employment labor laws, FMLA regulations, and OSHA guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in change management, project management, and administrative tasks
