Overview:
The Commercial Lease Administrator is responsible for managing the Lease Administration process and function for ACCESS Commercial, LLC which includes annual rent reconciliations, abstracting, Landlord/Subtenant notifications, monitoring lease information, processing all leases, subleases, legal agreements and associated documents and managing the lease database system and information integrity along with reporting of information to key business areas. This role involves knowledge of rent calculation, breakpoints, annual reconciliations. This role is a collaborative cross-functional position working relationships with Property Management, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Accounting, Finance, Asset Management, Legal, Facilities Maintenance, , and other external stakeholders, as well as landlords, subtenants, franchisees, third party legal teams and third-party contractors.

This includes annual rent reconciliations, abstracting leases, notifying landlords and subtenants, monitoring lease information, processing leases, subleases, and legal agreements, budgeting and maintaining the lease database and its integrity. The role also involves reporting relevant information to key business areas. Expertise in rent calculation, breakpoints, and annual reconciliations is essential. This position requires collaboration with Property Management, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Accounting, Finance, Asset Management, Legal, Facilities Maintenance, and other external stakeholders, including landlords, subtenants, franchisees, third-party legal teams, and contractors.

Duties:
- Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Handle lease renewals, terminations, and negotiations
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for lease tracking and reporting
- Assist in upselling additional services to tenants
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and related documentation
Experience:
- Previous experience in legal administrative tasks, property management, or real estate administration
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and protocols
- Understanding of real estate law and lease agreements
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with property managers, tenants, and vendors
