CMG Properties, a shared workspace/coworking management company in the United States is currently seeking a Property and Leasing Manager to manage a coworking space in Overland Park, KS.
The ideal candidates will be energetic sales and operations professionals with strong leadership skills who are looking for professional growth and development opportunities. The main focus of the position will be the day-to-day management of sales and operations for the business. This includes oversight of all operations, accounting, technology, staffing, and responsibility for ensuring that our office occupancy and rates remain as close to 100% as possible while growing the coworking, virtual, and meeting/event space business.
Candidates must have a strong aptitude for sales and marketing and demonstrate previous experience in supervising administrative personnel. This position has direct responsibility for the retention of existing clients and attracting new clients, sales, growing event space revenue, managing quality staff members, overseeing monthly billing and financial management responsibilities, delivery of quality support services, and overall member satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment that focuses on ultimate hospitality.
Total compensation includes base salary; monthly, and quarterly bonuses.
What’s Required:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in sales and staff management. Must be extremely comfortable with technology (computers, high-tech phone systems, etc.), and previous experience with Microsoft Office applications (specifically a strong grasp of Word, Excel, and Outlook) is necessary and is experienced with internet-based systems designed to manage workflow (online accounting/billing, recruiting and CRM systems).
