Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a background in supporting federal programs. As a Quality Assurance Manager your primary responsibility is to ensure program assessments meet and maintain high standards of quality. You will oversee the maintenance of program trend lines, assess the quality of assessment items, and ensure a positive stakeholder experience. Your role includes implementing robust quality control processes across all program processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance Oversight:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure program assessments consistently meet high standards of quality.
- Trend Line Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of program trend lines, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Assessment Item Quality:
- Assess and monitor the quality of assessment items, working closely with content development teams to ensure validity and reliability.
- Stakeholder Experience:
- Ensure a positive stakeholder experience by implementing quality measures that enhance satisfaction and engagement.
- Quality Control Processes:
- Implement and manage comprehensive quality control processes across all program processes to identify and address potential issues.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in quality assurance, preferably in the field of education or large-scale assessments.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and enhance data quality.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining and improving quality standards.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
