Customer Service and Order Entry Representative (Distribution)
$24.00 per hour to start plus medical, dental and PTO
As Customer Service and Order Entry Representative, you will:
- Join a distributor of food service products
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
- Enter and process price quotes and sample requests
- Take, enter and process orders
- Make updates to lists, spreadsheets and customer account information
- Monitor open orders and product availability
- Coordinate with the Shipping Department
- Enter, process and distribute customer invoices
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Provide additional data entry support
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center or similar experience
With:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
