We are seeking a talented Help Desk Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal employees and external clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Provide remote assistance and guidance to users experiencing technical difficulties
Document and track all support activities in the ticketing system
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) a plus
