Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with their orders and contracts
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their contracts and purchases
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
