A bit more about what you’ll do…

Lead and develop a team of 2+ direct reports

Provide exemplary service to residents and team members

Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests

Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed
-
Ensure property follows / in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety

Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service
Qualifications
-
At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)

1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenance
As an AIR Service Manager you must have:

A reliable mode of transportation
-
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)

Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Additional Information
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

Expected pay rate of $66,000 – $85,000 plus quarterly bonus opportunities and an option to live on-site, rent free at your community(certain exclusions and taxes apply, and an application is required). You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
