The Accounting Specialist is responsible for the billing/invoicing process, administrative accounting duties, and assists with payroll.

General Responsibilities:
- Verifies billing rate accuracy, markups and any rate increases.
- Maintains billing schedule.
- Troubleshoots invoicing and systems issues.
- Partners with other departments regarding billing and invoicing inquires.
- Prepares customer account reconciliations.
- Assists with Payroll.
- Assists with accounts receivable activities.
- Assists with journal entries at month-end.
- Assists Controller with any special projects.
Qualifications:
Some college, 4+ years’ administrative experience; 2+ years’ billing and general accounting experience; intermediate skills in MS Office; working knowledge of accounting ERP systems; possess good time management and prioritization skills; must have good customer service and follow-up skills; be able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
