We are seeking a full-time Aviation Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. We are looking for a sales expert, with excellent customer service and communication to help us grow our business and support our clients.
This position is responsible for handling all New Business Leads while providing professional customer service and maintaining monthly sales targets. Leads are provided via Phone Calls, Web Inquiries, Customer Referrals (etc.). This position is remote.

*Note, the total compensation for this role base ranges from $90K-115k.
General Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Insurance Policies to new and existing clients by developing Insurance Quotes and closing sales
- Maintain Daily Phone Coverage during office hours, answer new business leads and follow up on all leads regularly
- Help expand the business
- Develop long lasting customer and underwriter relationships
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Aviation Insurance Experience
- P&C Active License
- Ability to build rapport with clients and underwriters
- Ability to Prioritize and Multitask, must be able to manage workflow to ensure timely response to request and tasks.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a Team Environment
- High Attention to Detail
- Positive Attitude, Self Motivated, Self Starter with a Sense of Urgency

FLSA Status: Exempt.
