Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and target new market opportunities for potential customers
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close sales deals
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development and outside sales
- One year of outside sales experience preferably in merchant services
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer data
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities
- Knowledge of technology sales, including software, hardware, or IT solutions is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the company and customers
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
