EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred.

Steak house experience a plus

Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes

Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds

Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks

Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
