Job Description:
Cognix Concepts, a leading marketing company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, provide information, and support marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys as required.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, complaints, and feedback, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume call center environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
