Our vB Agents provide service to our members through all of our digital channels with the primary being remote video banking. Our tight-knit team is dedicated to helping you succeed and offers the training you need to take your talents to the next level.

The position responsibilities are:

Provides excellent service by mentioning and educating the credit union's members on, but not limited to, ACUTX and partner products and
services identified during every member interactions. -
Opens new accounts, performs account maintenance, places outbound calls, and processes loan applications in a prompt, accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional manner to all members.

Handles all member interactions that come in via text, video, and e-mails.

Maintains a thorough knowledge of and follows all credit union policies, procedures as well as compliance regulations

Provide support to branches and other departments around digital services, not limited to their specific branch.

Serves as a leader in the department by answering questions, handling member issues and providing overrides as needed.

Supports branch management team with all aspects of operations, including but not limited to: loss control, and compliance and audit standards.

Manages loan pipeline daily - with notes - to ensure proper member service as well as to ensure maximizing loan volume.

Education/ Certifications/ Licenses
A high school degree or GED is required.
Experience
Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions, lending and new accounts opening preferred
Interpersonal Skills
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving and obtaining information, as well as advising or referring, which commonly require shorter discussions.
