Epic Brands is now hiring for a Social Media & Branding Manager.
The Social Media & Branding Manager develops and implements innovative social media strategies that promote Epic Brands and contribute to the overall growth of our restaurants.
Epic Brand's concept walks an intriguing line between fine art and street art, which gives each location the feel of “urban grunge”. Guests can expect an eclectic mix of music that spans everything from 80’s pop hits to today’s essential tracks. Visually, both rustic wood and plush, brightly colored cushions dress the space to create a comfortable atmosphere.

Proven experience (3 years) as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
Experience working within a restaurant group, managing vendors and multiple priorities. High School Diploma, or equivalent 3+ years working in a social media-focused role
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including
text, image, and video content. Curate relevant and industry-specific content to share with our audience. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and other
marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing
campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Foster and grow the company & social media community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to participate in relevant conversations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Other duties as assigned
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and develop insights for optimization.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance to key stakeholders.
