Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate party.
- Update customers and Insurance companies with repair status.
- Open repair orders.
- Deliver vehicles, collect payments and signatures on all necessary paperwork.
- Call on assignments and confirm insurance coverage.
- Complete and assist in miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Strong written/oral communication skills
- Experience in the collision repair industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
