DEPCOM is hiring for an experienced Director of Logistics and Warehouse Management to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the logistics and warehousing operations for our renewable energy EPC projects and services. This strategic role is critical to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to project sites, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse operations. This position will preferably work in our Scottsdale, AZ office. This role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

What You Will Do
- Integrate and further develop successful and effective logistics, inventory, and warehouse capability, aligning it with the company's Vision and objectives.
- Design and implement standardized processes and best practices for logistics and warehouse operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Manage warehousing and logistics effectively through proper warehouse location, size, and daily operations, with a focus on efficient material handling and inventory.
- Identify opportunities to create value through strategic inventory considerations and support experimentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation.
- Manage and negotiate relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Background in logistics and warehouse management.
- Experience in a leadership role in logistics and warehouse management.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 30% to Construction sites nationwide and company warehouses.
What Will Put You Ahead
- EPC or renewable energy industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
