Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
· Manage sold installation jobs in the CRM system, ensure documentation is distributed to necessary departments, create job files for crews, and collect relevant details from customers, such as vacation dates and product selections.
· Maintain daily work requisition forms linked to customer jobs in the CRM system, record any additional work, and ensure that crews complete their paperwork daily.
· Complete daily billing for finished installation jobs, including reviewing crew paperwork and ensuring any additional work is accurately billed
· Handle customer calls about schedule and problems/concerns
