Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and strategies.
Outreach: Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services and schedule appointments.
Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and ensure they meet our criteria for services.
Scheduling: Set appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and keep the sales pipeline active.
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Requirements:
Location: Must be a U.S. citizen residing in Texas, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workSelf-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Adaptability: Able to adjust quickly to changes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $18 per hour.
Commission: 20% commission on closed deals from the appointments you set.
