Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and grow our housekeeping business. This role involves managing housekeeping operations for approximately 180 vacation rental properties and expanding our services to new clients in the vacation rental, residential, and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all housekeeping operations.
-Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures.
-Hire, manage, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
-Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
-Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Handle inventory and purchasing of cleaning supplies and equipment.
-Manage budgets and track expenses.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients.
-Market and promote housekeeping services to attract new business.
-Develop and execute a business growth strategy.
-Handle client inquiries, service requests, and customer feedback.
Experience:
-Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the vacation rental industry.
-Strong team management skills.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards.
-Budget management and inventory control experience.
-Marketing and business development skills.
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
-High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
