We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is dedicated to providing work of excellent quality, focusing on attention to detail and proactive task completion, to join our talent team based in our Atlanta, GA office.
About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be a dedicated partner and anchor for our managers. Your mission? Optimize their efficiency, apply best practices, and uphold quality, accuracy, and cost awareness across key functions. Proactively anticipating managers’ needs and a genuine desire to understand the critical issues they manage are essential.
Who you’ll work with
Reporting to three Talent Leaders you will be in contact with several internal & external stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Support: Assist three Talent Leaders by managing confidential and sensitive employee information.

Data Mastery: Analyze and consolidate extensive data into clear, focused presentations.

Administrative Excellence: Handle diverse tasks, including managing calendars, expense reports, purchase orders, correspondence, and travel arrangements.

Schedule Coordination: Ensure managers’ schedules are respected, acting as a “gatekeeper” and facilitating efficient access.

Effective Communication: Represent managers in direct interactions with peers and stakeholders.

Issue Management: Prioritize and address incoming concerns, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.

Smooth Communication Bridge: Facilitate seamless communication between managers and stakeholders.

Strategic Insight: Keep managers informed, acting as a “barometer” for environmental issues.

Project Leadership: Manage impactful projects crucial to organizational success.

Deadline-Driven: Handle conflicting needs proactively, ensuring successful project completion.

Financial Recommendations: Provide insights on OPEX expenditures, aligning with our Focused For Growth (FFG) guidelines.

Leadership Support: Assist the manager’s leadership team with administrative tasks.

Required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an assistant.

Minimum of 1 year experience using Concur

Batchelor’s Degree
Preferred:

Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure effective and timely output in an independent way.

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and quickly adapts to new systems.

Resilient / ability to adapt to change.

Ability to handle a number or diverse projects and people at any one time is essential.
This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $69,520 - $91,245 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
