Shift Times: Weekdays and Weekend from 3pm to 11:30pm, or 11pm to 7:30am
Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated Bell Person to join our team at Marriott Atlanta Hotel. As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel.
Job Responsibilities:

Escort incoming guests to their rooms and assist with luggage

Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions.

Answer guest inquiries and address any concerns they may have.

Deliver messages and run errands as needed.

Explain room features such as television and in-room movie system.

Inspect guest rooms to ensure that it is in order and supplies are adequate.

Maintains the front porte-cochere by picking up trash, cleaning oil leaks, shoveling snow, melting ice, hosing off sidewalks, etc.

Maintains lobby in a clean and tidy manner; this includes, but is not limited to ashtrays, trash, seating areas, front doors, floors, etc.

Responsible of organizing, replenish Gift Shop snacks and beverages to ensure they are still good condition.

Raises, lowers, and ensures proper handling of American flag.

Maintains courtesy van consisting of washing, cleaning, and fueling.

Attend and participate in monthly front office meetings.

Must be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Lift and carry items such as luggage, trays of dishes, and bags of golf clubs.
