Job Description
We are a growing commercial real estate firm located in Cherry Creek. We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to manage an established, long-standing commercial real estate portfolio consisting primarily of retail and industrial properties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface daily with tenants, vendors, and ownership.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Assist with the collection of rent and payment of expenses.
- Maintain a positive relationship with all tenants while maintaining compliance with lease terms.
- Prepare annual budgets, monthly property reports, and variance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of CAM reconciliations.
- Perform regular inspections of properties and coordinate all necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Manage tenant improvement and capital improvement projects.
- Bid and coordinate construction for tenant build outs.
- Bid and schedule property maintenance projects.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years commercial property management experience.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with commercial lease structures.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented.
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel) and preferably with Yardi.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
