Apex Dental is calling all Dental Assistants who are keen to expand their horizons, join a team of stand-out professionals, and contribute to a culture that's as invigorating as it is rewarding. We need someone who can bring their skills and enthusiasm, their professional demeanor, and yes, even their sense of fun, to our growing practice. Our shared mission is simple, but profound: Making teeth healthy. Making people happy. Making life awesome.
If you thought dentistry was mundane, think again! Our dentists are experts in a broad range of services, ensuring your role as a Dental Assistant will be as varied as it is engaging. You’ll assist in oral surgery, IV Sedation, restorative and cosmetic work, orthodontics, sleep dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and more. And don't worry, if you're not experienced in all of these areas just yet, that's okay. We're looking for someone with a keen eagerness to learn and grow. With us, you'll gain valuable experience in an array of procedures far beyond what typical dental practices offer.
What's more, our very own Dr. Brad can help you take your skills to the next level. He is certified to train Dental Assistants to become Expanded Function Dental Assistants. This means that your journey at Apex Dental isn't just a job - it's a path of continuous learning and development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop lasting relationships with patients through empathetic communication and care.
- Exhibit proactive thinking to anticipate patient and doctor needs.
- Assist in a wide range of dental procedures, demonstrating a willingness to expand your skill set.
- Promote teamwork and contribute positively to our cohesive work environment.
- Maintain licensure and engage in continuous learning opportunities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of modern sterilization procedures.
- Show off your killer dance moves during team events (optional, but definitely appreciated!).
We reward our team with a competitive benefits package including health insurance, free dental care for you and your immediate family, a matching 401K plan, paid holidays, PTO, and monthly incentives. Your hourly wage will reflect your experience, with plenty of room for growth.
At Apex Dental, our versatile team of dental superheroes have a wide array of specialties under their belts. From Dr. Brad's finesse with IV sedation, surgeries, and full mouth restorations that transform lives, to Dr. Mindy's holistic jaw expansion orthodontics that harmonize form and function. Let's not forget Dr. Chris's groundbreaking sleep apnea protocols that ensure restful nights and healthier days for our patients. Each unique specialty combines to form a comprehensive, integrative approach to dental health.
Moreover, our commitment doesn't stop at our practice doors. We're incredibly proud of our dedication to giving back to the community that supports us. Through our free dental days, we're able to provide essential care to those who need it most. We also engage in mission trips, taking our expertise beyond local boundaries to reach communities worldwide. Joining our team means joining a family committed to spreading smiles not just in our clinic, but far and wide. Are you ready to be a part of this remarkable journey?
If you're a Dental Assistant who's not just looking for a job, but a long-term career with a team that values professional development, camaraderie, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you. Send us your resume for review. We're excited to welcome you into the Apex family!
