Job Summary:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our ETF products. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, a competitive hourly rate, and a commission structure based on meeting specific sales objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling and email campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ETF products, including their features, benefits, and the markets they serve.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our ETF products.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or investment industry. Experience with ETFs is a plus.
- FINRA Series 7: Certification is not required and candidates would have two months to pass the exam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Adaptable and open to feedback.
