Job Description:
Part-Time (10+ hours per week) or FULL TIME (30-40 hours per week)

Hiring for the position of behavioral interventionist to implement in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with children with autism. You will have the opportunity to work under the direct supervision of a behavior analyst on unique cases. CTLC works diligently to attend to the needs of our staff as well as the clients we serve. We provide a caring, supportive atmosphere for those at our company.
This position is ideal for students and professionals looking for work. Sessions are mostly scheduled during morning/afternoons and early evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a behavior specialist.
- Engage in interventions in natural settings such as the home, school, and community.
- Teach the acquisition of language, academic, self-help, play, and social skills.
- Engage in parent training and parent participation.
- Actively participate in staff training programs.
- Assist in creating instructional materials.
- Accurately record data and session notes.
- Effectively respond to, and manage challenging behaviors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with children.
- Prior experience in ABA therapy is preferred, though not required.
- Personality traits such as flexibility, compassion, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to provide high-quality programming for children and families.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating prompt follow-up to inquiries from families and staff.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

You will need to complete training and build a case-load, so part time hours build over several weeks.
