We are looking for a friendly and approachable office manager for our growing automotive dealership! Candidates must be self-motivated, with a positive attitude and possess excellent people skills. The receptionist will assist the dealership by greeting customers, answering the phone, transferring calls, and taking messages for all dealership personnel. Also taking payments from customers for sold cars and or the repair shop.

- Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel.
- Handle phone transactions quickly, and courteously.
- Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing information, recording messages or forwarding calls.
- Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Help with office administrative work when necessary.
- Receptionist / Front Desk experience
- Office skills preferably at an Automotive dealership
- Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base.
- Must maintain an appropriate physical appearance and a neat, well organized work area.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have strong communication and phone skill.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
