Job Title: Attorney
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote)
Salary: $100k-$150k
Requirements: 1+ Years of experience as a Litigation Associate.

Responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with litigation, including preparation of pleadings, memoranda of law, written discovery, and motions.

Expected to organize and lead case strategy meetings as well as communicate directly with clients.

Expected to handle hearings and depositions.
- 1+ years experience as a Litigation Associate
- 1+ years experience in the civil litigation.
- Background in Personal Injury, Civil Rights, and Student Defense Law cases is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of law and litigation procedures, including the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Experience in conducting legal research and preparing motions.
- Proficient in conducting depositions and representing clients in court.
- Arizona State Bar license is essential.
- Bi-lingual is a plus, but not a priority.
