We are seeking a motivated Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Team Leader/Broker Owner and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
Duties:
- Follow Standard Operational Procedures (SOP’S)
-Manage Listings in MLS for Team Leader/Broker Owner
-Lead Follow up using CRM to track and measure calls, appointments
-Coordinate and Set up appointments for pre-qualifications with our preferred lenders
- Support team in general administrative tasks, Assist in negotiations of real estate contracts, document preparation such as contracts to new team members
-Collaborate with Team leader to Prepare offers & negotiate on behalf of Team leader/broker owner
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, and follow-ups with clients
- Conduct market research and assist in property valuations
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections, Final walk thru with clients and obtain testimonial videos
- Maintain databases, records, and files accurately
-Educate buyer clients about home buying process
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Sales experience or understanding of sales processes in the real estate industry
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus to communicate effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
- Prior experience in real estate roles is preferred
