As a keyholder you will be responsible for customer experience, open and closing procedures, managing staff, as well bartending, running food, and maintaining cleanliness at the Taproom.
As well, you will work closely with our Event Manager. You'll be responsible for opening and closing and operating our 6,000 sq ft event space for private and public events alongside our Event Manager and bartenders.
You will report to and be trained by General Manager and Event Manager.
Training will be all encompassing, including bartender basics, customer experience, learning the POS, standard operating procedures, etc.
Rate of pay: $5/hr + tips. Take home rate depends on the week but may range anywhere from $20/hr to $30/hr depending on the events at the Taproom.
