Position : Front Desk Receptionist/Data Entry Coordinator
Department : Administration/Programs
Supervisor : Director Office and IT Services
Purpose: Special Olympics Florida is seeking to fulfill a front desk receptionist/data entry coordinator. This is an hourly-paid position not to exceed 40 hours per week. This individual must be dependable, personable and capable of multi-tasking.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer experience with word processing, data entry and Excel
- Personable and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, troubleshoot and set priorities
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Answer phones and direct calls to proper person
- Answer caller’s general questions
- Greet guests and staff
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Enter information into database
- Perform data entry for Finance department
- Other duties as assigned
Special Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
