The successful candidate will possess the skills to perform general maintenance and upkeep of EHCA’s facilities which include group homes, offices, and a day program facility. Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is preferred.
1st shift, Monday - Friday

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent, or a trade school graduate

6+ years of experience in general maintenance or a building trade may be considered in place of a trade school diploma.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Possess a current, valid driver’s license.

Complete required background checks.

Performs the general maintenance and upkeep required for buildings, grounds, and machinery/equipment.

Follows daily, weekly, monthly, and annual priorities as assigned by the Director of Maintenance and prioritizes emergency repairs.

Follows preventive maintenance plans.

Adheres to all safety standards.
