Job Title: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
Clever Bee Academy is seeking an experienced Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition with a proven track record in managing high-volume and high-turnover recruitment. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and attracting Early Childcare teachers in a daycare/Early childcare environment, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, on-the-ground recruiting such as job fairs, and employee referrals.

Collaborate with hiring managers (Center Directors) to understand staffing needs

Implement and manage high-volume recruitment strategies to meet the demands of high-turnover roles.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track and report key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ADP)

Stay current with industry trends such as salary benchmarks to attract talents.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in high-volume and high-turnover recruitment.

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

Bachelors Degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industries with high turnover rates such as retail, hospitality, daycare or customer service.
